Yes the Patriot act was a bit novel and on the line, but that was passed overwhelmingly by Congress based upon a specific threat/need. The current administration (mostly appointees like Eric Holder and Sotomyer) basically regard the Constitution as useful only to advance their own political agenda. It NEVER will constrain their behavior.

In order to sit on that forklift, it takes a 2 week certification course. Be careful, The Constitution does not give rights. We had them way before that wonderful document was created.
If you persuade folks that the Constitution creates our rights then, folks might believe that they can be taken away by amending the document. That would be a very dangerous outcome.
The OneDollarDVDProject (dotcom) needs patriot activists to pass along DVDs to wake the town and tell the people.

Unfortunately the computerized NON receipted voting machines are a fraud and corrupt. We therefore MUST demand a hard copy verifiable and recountable voting system. This is paramount. Unfortunately, the elites have also gamed the laws regarding the bankers and as such they have not broken any laws to indict--fucked up as that is. A fascinating concept is this: We could vote out EVERY repub and demo in ONE ELECTION cycle if we would vote for ONLY ANY INDEPENDENT party.

While that may be effectively true it is not factually true. There are at least two congressman who were elected as independents Senators: Sanders and that shit head Lieberman. The elites who run the MSM are losing their information monopoly due to the internet. This will continue. The ONLY stalling point is the lack of collective will of the (ignorant) voting populace. This reticence will allow the status quo to prevail unabated.Therefore the REAL problem lies with us.

@zackzelmo Sanders I'll go along with but Lieberman had a lot of help from his friends at Diebold and ES&S, you know he stole the election because he lost the primary only to come back and win as an independent? That was rigged no doubt about it. I agree with most of what you stated. The people are waking up. And I believe there are enough awake to make the changes needed for a future.

In many contests if only 10% of the population decided to vote independent there would not be a clear majority and it would force the election into a runoff! This is a viable solution! (presuming an untamperable vote) The HUGE majority here on youtube, watching these vids, are intelligent and passionate. God bless them all.
