You have to go to the options and go to edit game controls... when it gives you the screen to assign buttons to stuff, look for "convertible top" or "top up" (icant remember) then assagn it to a D-Pad button like Left or sumthing... then when you tap that buttion, if your car is a convertible, the top should open up!
