Yes. You would have to become a real US citizen with passport and everything, and become very fluent in English, but yes. Go to seal.navy. mil(without the space) and look through the requirments.

To be a navy seal, you do NOT have to be a united states citizen. The only requirement on that issue is that you live in the united states, have the proper paper work and enlist in the navy.
