  • yoga can't b intense, its always slow n steady more focus is on stretching , when u stretch properly u tend to get a tonned up part, plz don't call this yoga

  • The routine is not for beginners at all. The pace is too fast. If you are in shape well enough to do this routine, you wouldn't need to have the instruction on-line. I don't think you are stressing breathing enough either....but you are in great shape!

  • @zeroxjohn Try it every other day (or 3 times per week) in the beginning and see how your body responds. It's a great workout to add in with your current routine. Thanks!

  • Why isn't every fitness instructor as upbeat as you are??

    I've been doing this or about a week now, once in the morning and twice in the evening and my abs are coming on nicely. As a total novice it's so simple to follow and there is no scary stretching or positions to hold!!
