When I first heard Tool a few years ago, I didn't like it at all. I thought it's boring. Heard this song a year after, and thought, wait, this is actually pretty good! I listened more, and this band consumed me. Its like my favourite band now. If I look back into the past I think, how I could ever dislike this?
That's how all good music is. At first you don't like it, but after a while it becomes your lifestyle.
You just gotta give it a second chance, and if you do, you won't regret it.

Who cares if people found tool when they played guitar hero or if they've been listening to them since whenever. Just be glad that people are finding out about artistry that has real spiritual meaning and can appreciate it.

I think of it like of it like someone having a sex change or joining a different country, you(/they) may be part of the group but you(/they) don't get to be able to have the satisfaction of saying they were fans on there own and not with help and it pisses them off that you(/they) don't care causing them to feel like you made a thick comfortable line that they define their lives by just a little bit thinner and a little less comfortable for them live with.

Finally i read common sense, i found this in a game so what? I've really enjoyed every minute listening to this epic music and that is what matters here.
I'm 15, if you count that as young. But anyways, I hardly listen to the radio or anything else that opens me to music. Guitar Hero is the only way I learn new music, so excuse me. It doesn't really matter how I found out something, just that I like it. Also, that was the point Tool let their stuff in World Tour. They wanted to advertise, and I'm one of the people it achieved in that goal.
