Apparantly, it's rumored that Vol 3 will be about little Nikki still feeling 'raw' about it. 2014 is just too far away, though. Seriously though, I would love to see another Kill Bill come out, but to put it under another name would be a good idea, because unfortunately, David Carradine did pass away. Well, I don't think the first two movies will be "ruined", even if it's a bad sequel. He made a sequel because of time (if they had been put together, it would equal 4 hours!) and so that his audiences wouldn't get restless (his last movie was made 6 years before the first Kill Bill) and so he could think the 2nd one through more thoroughly. If he makes a 3rd one, it'll be as good as the previous 2.
