But Idont agree with what Dana did to him,when he cut him from the UFC.The most Dana should have done was fine him money or@least give him a warning.Kimbo is alot heavier fighter&Houston still took the fight.So I dont blame him for having a gameplan.

The fight is alongtime ago,but I do remember Kimbo taking him down&landing more heavy strikes.Kimbo even had him controlled on the ground.Kimbo gave Houston more damage.Houston only landed a few leg kicks.Kimbo was never hurt in the match.Considering it was Kimbos Debut I thought he did good against a legit MMA fighter.This is the one thing that I agreed on with Dana White.But I though dropping Houston was a mistake.Also dropping Doomsday&Cote was a mistake.

@ThiagoSilva187 Well with the limited amount of training Kimbo had done in MMA&fighting a guy with more experience like Houston.He outclassed Houston with his Takedowns & even Takedown defense.Kimbo won in the striking department.Only thing Kimbo didnt do was leg kicks.But Kimbo is more a boxer&Houston is a kickboxer.I agree it was1of the worst fights ever,but it didnt help that Houston was circling&running away from Kimbo...lol.He never gave Kimbo enough time2show what he could really do.

@ThiagoSilva187 Dude it was Kimbos 1st match in the UFC..lol.How many matches/more experience does Houston have over Kimbo?Kimbos the bigger guy so hes not goin risk tiring himself out by chasing the quicker/smaller Houston.Plus Houston is a dangerous striker Kimbo didnt want to get counter punched or kicked when he chased Houston down.

But all3of those fighters had good records@the time.Thiago&Irvin are top fighters@the time.Thiago was an undefeated fighter without a loss. Irvin had a 3 fight winning streak but lost2Thiago,but then won another1 B4 facing Houston. After the Houston fight Irvin ended up facing the P4P king of the world Anderson Silva. Kimbo has little of any experience&he still outclassed Houston

@209Longhorns yeah I agree he maybe one of the hardest punchers in MMA but the think he lacked a little was skills which is why he couldn't beat any good or great MMA fighters with the exception of Keith Jardine who he KO'd which is only one good MMA fighter he's beaten but the rest he got outclassed by them.
