I believe there are several cuts in the video. The easiest ones to see are at 2:22 when you suddenly see that there are long shadows cast (probably from the lights used to make it still look like daytime and again at around 2:51 when the lights through the window on top of the door suddenly turn on when the bikers pass, and the zoom changes also when the bikers pass.

I think this is a great video, but I think this is mostly CGI...when he bounces in front of people at the bus stop you see a little video blur around him and his shadow keeps fading in and out..could be the lighting. Very clever and difficult to hide all the cuts/blends, and well executed. Loved seeing Allison in a cop uniform...grrr. Another great single shot video is Spoon's Underdog.

Yes, it's a music video.. They had a lot of stuns and items set up for the video. Having that many people in the video and expecting things to go perfectly for 3:36 is kind impossible. They did a great job and shooting it though and of course there were times before 2:52 where the video stopped shooting since Alison Goldfrapp is seen through out the entire video as other characters. :)
