Well I worked on this project, I was the one in the hat with the glasses and I can tell you we weren't directing this at Bush in any way. We were making fun of several things at once, like the slick Texan oil tycoon who isn't so slick.
If you were there when we pitched some of our first ideas for this... you'd be much mor horrified.
