Downloading of Korean Internet speed(FIFA ONLINE2)

remember guys, standard korean computers didn't even exceeded the rams over 2gb yet. As for 2012 this is very tough speed. I seen had Korean Logix Lg Desktop that had only 128mb ram. But it worked faster than 2gb ram compare to my American friends.
