So, the ability to put facts together, 1 + 1 =2 is something we LEARNED from the evidence. Aka, there is an INTELLIGENT capable designer/sustainer.

What about mentally disabled? Say someone was born with severe mental retardation, they can't communicate or do anything for themselfs & it's hard to know if they even understand anything at all. Are they going to roast in hell because they've never heard of Jesus?
