  • What's your figthing weight/height, and what is the name of that the track you use? =)

I have been trying to work in some your excersises into my workout, but I think I have a lot of reps to go, before my muscles fully grasp the rutines..

  • Love this functional training,I do some of that training with Ma client and they loving it.Thanks a lot.COBRA (Gladiator)

  • Whats that move at 1:35? looks intense an I'd like to give that a go in the gym later :)

  • @ElectricWatts unless someone was trained by me themselves and I saw the progression was necessary, I would never recommend that exercise to anyone. Too much risk if your body isn't mechanically prepared to move correctly through the range of motion. I only put this video up as a demonstration of where the body can go if you are running on "functional patterns." I would rather you not try this exercise, and find my Myofascial release videos instead and practice that. Thank you for watching:)

  • @functionalpatterns I see... I was looking for challenging as I can replicate everything else in the video. You done much work with ViPR's? Thankyou for the response :)

  • @ElectricWatts Isn't that the move you did on me the other night after we made love?

  • Duuuuuuuuude you're AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've facebooked this vid and I'll be practising some of your moves-thanks lol.

  • absolutely awesome

  • @shutupandsmokeit420 thank you :)

  • I am awestruck with this form of excercise.I wish I could learn it all and practice this myself but unfortunately I cant see anything like it in Australia.Would I be on the right path to say it is literally helping the body prepare for fighting and the weighted moves are to add strength and form to punches and kicks?.The agility moves are for speed and agility?.Guess I am slow but like I said I am very excited watching this!!lol

  • @CooksAndLooks lol, thanks for taking interest in what i do :) although what i do looks very applicable to combat, my main concern really is to make exercise sustainable for a long period of time. most of everything i do on here took a few years to learn and develop. I personally feel that grace and unity with nature is the key to longevity, so i try to implement flow into my regimens as much as i possibly can.

  • @JasonBobFly thank you sir :)

  • Thats really amazing.

  • @functionalpatterns

Never seen an excercise like that before. Inspirational.
