They have released these interviews, they have posted the 8 min gameplay of the the E3 demo, IGN has done a video with a race in a GT3 Porche, there are already some cars revealed......still it still needs 3 months for the relsease? @theSTEPHENSHOW1 Need for Speed World - an MMO made by the same company that makes The Run (EA Black Box). They will not make a open world illegal street racing game with car customisation because NFS Worlds is already a open world illegal street racing game with car customisation. That's why The Run is more linear and story driven - they don't want to make the exact same game twice.

@theSTEPHENSHOW1 Well personally I'm tired of all this customization street racing scene, its been like that since 02 and it looks like NFS is just now starting to get back with the concept that made it popular in the first place.....the police chases. I was always a performance over looks guy though, but I would stick with MCLA if I were you.

@GamerOfYear2000 we dont have a freaking free roam, they said it before. No point screaming for it, they wont change it and majority all racing games with free roam have bad tracks.

e.g: NFSU2(boring tracks),NFSMW(free roam is only useful for cop chase), NFSC(boring tracks),NFSUC(big world and useless/boring), NFSHP2010(majority all straight roads except the mountains), Burnout Paradise(90 degree corners everywhere).

I dont see the point having a free roam to ruin the game.

Best NFS had free roam is just your opinion, what i think is that with free roam especially at a city, they have to make it looks realistic. Realistic cities dont provide nice, fun and smooth turns like the one we got in race tracks. Closing up the city is a easier solution to make a good track other than planning out a whole city and merging the route in the city to a track.
