  • Were they a three-piece during this show? I only hear and see Scalzi on guitar.

  • this band was formed in PA and then Moved to CA. No canada here aye .

  • one of the best bands coming out of canada today.

  • @keepitacrime what the hell are you talking about?

  • @DrSeptapus lolz

  • i can hear the spinward marches at the beginning! they are great even live!

  • Ape Uprising is Killer!! ....this band rocks!!!

  • Your thinking of your dad. You know, the retard who sucks cocks.

  • You're the only slow fag I see, other than your dad

  • One of the best bands out there. They definitely keep it metal.

  • love this babd! sounds so much like Lizzy its amazing! :D

  • Not to mention similar galloping riffs, guitar harmonies, storytelling, prominent bass.I'd say the two bands are pretty damn similar in fact, except Scalzi's voice is deeper and less soaring, but more raw and folk-like. The lyrical style is different even though they serve a similar purpose, SF has (pseudo?)Celtic influences in aesthetics and content, not to mention the influences of old RPGs and comic books. Maiden has more explosive choruses, though they often just repeat the song title.

  • The only comparison between Slough Feg and Iron Maiden is that Slough Feg has a lot of the same drumming style that Nicko McBrain uses, and the guitar solos and breaks sound a lot like those of Iron Maiden. Either way, Maiden is still superior, although I do love The Lord Weird very much.

  • Don't know why people say they're like Iron Maiden... I've never thought much of any Iron Maiden stuff I've heard. I love Slough Feg. Traveller is high on my list of favorite albums of all time.

  • Fucking excellent.

  • What an exceptional band! This is so good music.

I just don`t understand why people compare them with Iron Maiden.

  • I would imagine most metal bands would consider it an honor to be compared to Iron Maiden.

  • True, most would consider it an honour.

I cannot see the musical connection though.

  • Please come to Australia sometime!!

  • I'm FINALLY going to see them this month! The Iron Maiden of the U.S.A.!!!!!

  • u lucky bastard!!! hahaha

  • Great song, superb show! Dirty sound, Scalzi giving all he's got..

They do need publicity, though. Maiden for the new age - fresh, non-repetitive, thought provoking.

  • amazing fucking band

  • Great great band. More people need to jam them

  • Saw them live a year ago. They were so fucking impressive. One of the few times I liked the music better live than on tape/cd.

  • Wow they are really tight live

  • hell yeah! the show back in 2002 on june 14th at kunstverein in nuernberg/germany! this was pure killer! thanks for sharing this videos!

  • you can get a higher quality video from www.sloughfeg.com
