Hi,yeah its all hammer ons and pull offs apart from when i change strings. I pick then. Thats a good rule for a smooth sound - only pick when you have to.
fukin hell i dont get shredding so many different types. some ppl like ur vid just hammer on all the notes without hittin ever stroke, other just have insane speed with picking....such a hard technique to learn by myself :(
Hi. Well I allways find that legato (hammer-ons and pull-offs) advances quicker than alternate picking really fast. I learned alot about legato from Joe Satriani and for picking check out Paul Gilbert. Or maybe john petrucci if you like metal stuff? Personally i like a mix of the two techniques and i hardly ever sweep pick because i often arrange large intervals with string skipping.....
You can message me sometime if you want some help : )
Its frets 3,5,7,5,3,5,7 on the low E then the same on the A string. Then repeat up in octaves. Im only picking the first note on each string. And, its grouped in 7's....

Hi, i fitted a set of dimarzio evo's in a while ago. There better than the stock dimarzio's it came with....And i love the white and black design ;)

Cheers i love paul gilbert. Hes incredible live.
Im just using a line 6 spider 30 watt amp and sometimes a external compression pedal so i can lay off the gain.
I havent done any more work on the tutorial for a while as i have been teaching quite a bit, and uni is keeping me busy, lol.
