wow man you didn't mind gravity for shit, its like you own it, hope you get better man cuz that looks like the kind of fun most people are missing out on!
Impressive height! Hey what is it like to tumble? Do you have to be extremely focused and stuff or is it fun and easy? Does it come naturally/instinctively after so much practice/repititions? I wish i could tumble exactly like you, i love the front saults in and arabians :D!!
When I was jumping high, I was at 155-160, height at 5'9". Now I weight 170, I lift a lot more and stronger in terms of weight lifting. I need to get back on the calisthenics/plyometrics.
@strengthproject you preffer being like this with 170 lbs, stronger lifting weight or you like it better the way it was before less strenght, more agile?
Im 17 i've been watching your videos for awhile your one of my top inspirations to push and better myself ty because the youngers guys need inspiration =)
I dont know. I just landed on a bad part of the floor. Some sort of impact injury. Every time I would extend my knee, it was very painful. Extension, kicks, jumping... All those were very painful
@strengthproject I guessed correctly...The only type of injury I saw that you would have was an accident :D..Keep training man..It will eventually disappear(the pain).
@strengthproject Hey Arash how long has it knocked you out of training? Did you have it checked out yet? I think after reading how it happened to you I'm going to walk my path a little bit more. I hate hearing freaky stories like that!
@strengthproject thats very unfortunate. A great excercise that would help sustain knee injuries would be the hindu squat. The great gama used to do 4000 of these a day and developed monster legs.
I was going to! Like 2 weeks before this video was filmed, I tried it in the pit over rotated and strained my neck a bit. Then before my neck got all better, I messed up my knee on this floor :/ I'm slowly coming back
ey arash, as a gymnastist how much flexibility do you really need? do i need to be able to do the splits and such?
