    When I was jumping high, I was at 155-160, height at 5'9". Now I weight 170, I lift a lot more and stronger in terms of weight lifting. I need to get back on the calisthenics/plyometrics.

    I use to. Hopefully when i get a fully recovery i'll be back there

    I dont know. I just landed on a bad part of the floor. Some sort of impact injury. Every time I would extend my knee, it was very painful. Extension, kicks, jumping... All those were very painful

  • @strengthproject I guessed correctly...The only type of injury I saw that you would have was an accident :D..Keep training man..It will eventually disappear(the pain).

  • @strengthproject thats very unfortunate. A great excercise that would help sustain knee injuries would be the hindu squat. The great gama used to do 4000 of these a day and developed monster legs.

    I was going to! Like 2 weeks before this video was filmed, I tried it in the pit over rotated and strained my neck a bit. Then before my neck got all better, I messed up my knee on this floor :/ I'm slowly coming back

  • Oh how I wish I could do that! But it seems once you get past a certain age it is way difficult to learn!
