B. There were announcements to leave or arrests would be made.

C. Police were interfered with and assaulted as they were making arrests.

Assault is a common law tort. If a cop touches you you need to file a civil rights law suit under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Lawyers will take this on contingency because they automatically get attorney fees if they win at least a dollar.
