The state of Wisconsin is really going to come to regret voting out Feingold. He was the only senator who voted against the Patriot Act, he voted against the bailout, and he was one of the few members of Congress who wanted to truly reform campaign finance laws. He was also one of the biggest supporters of civil liberties. Meanwhile Ron Johnson, will continue to rubber stamp bills written by banking,energy, and insurance companies.

I grew up on Donna Drive, down the street from Senator Feingold. I met him for the first time in 5th grade. I went to school and summer camp with his children.
