the song is called "Simla beat theme" by the Fentones. Its a group from the 70's.....Cut Chemist did an awesome by mixing it, doesn;t sound that much like the original song.

There's a Cd called "Chilean Psychedalic Music" Love, Peace & Poetry, where you may be able to find the "Simla beat theme" mixed like Cut Chemist's version. I spent months searching for this song, I just found it a couple of months ago, I hope it helps.
