  • @akarli1 I think it's because your light cream doesn't have enough fat in it. Next time try to buy something heavier than that. Good luck.

  • @victorwti 要放張蛋糕底咭喺底先放牛油同餅碎ga wor, 你有冇放呢? 同埋餅碎唔可以太薄, 新手的話, 整厚少少就穩陣d , 約至少0.5cm 厚。如果依足份量牛油唔會太多ga wor, 你試下將d 餅碎推實d 密d , 同埋雪耐d ~ 祝你成功

  • @meltykisschoco  係呀, 經驗之談: 少量的溶液可以用克計算, 大約一克等同 1ml , 方便製作時用同一個器皿和電子磅來量嘛~~ 但多過100ml /g 的液體就最好用番ml 了, 因為會有誤差
