@milosigns The Chain Chomp is an unused item. Try as you might, you'll never get it from the item roulette. You can get the item through hacking. But if you use it, the game crashes.

It was most likely supposed to function like the Chain Chomp in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!.

You would get dragged behind the Chain Chomp, and you would be moving at a high rate of speed.

Ultimately, the Bullet Bill replaced the Chain Chomp. Which kinda sucks...

The Chain Chomp was awesome in Double Dash. :|
