A van exploded right in the middle of the song while lady was peacefully looking out the window at some kids playing. Such a powerful scene I had to look up to see who the singer was. Its one of my favorite songs now.

As a classical flautist I really resent the music elitism that exists on this board of comments. As a classical flautist I really resent the music elitism that exists on this board of comments. People can prefer Boyle's version if they like, it is about what speaks to an individual, not what silly pretentious people who believe themselves to be the ultimate authority on music dictate. One often prefers the version they heard FIRST as this forms the idea of the piece in their head. So let someone like Boyle, or like Reed or even Doctor Who inspired rock without feeling lesser because of it.
