- No reward system.

- PvP builds required to have a competetive edge.

- Purp sets needed to have a competetive edge.

- Game had priority focus on PvE from the start.

Yes new PvP rules suck, yes they nefred pretty much anything in a PvP zone, yes now a warden or tarantula can be creepy now. I agree wit ya. With the bazillion complaining about "balance" and "fairness" (which are subjective anyway), its come to what everyone has wanted. Removal of "god-mode" builds for pvp and more actual fighting it out. Suppression is sucky, but its a great universal balancer. If anyone can come of with a better universal plan to deal with the never ending whinning about balance let us know...sadly the whinnning will never end. :)

honestly I think suppression is what ultimately killed pvp. The new mez system is good, DR and heal decay aint so bad once you get used to the mechanics of it, but when they took away (speed) that was the nail in the coffen

Why do so many devs do this to games?! Why did SOE have to go and screw up SWG. The pvp was awesome. It may not have been perfect, but it was fun and challenging. Now, another one of my favorite games gone to garbage as from pvp aspect. When you've had a game out for a while, you don't make big changes like that. You just don't....You leave it as it is or make slight changes nothing like i13. Screw the devs. They could care less about pvpers.
