No best to get a Garmin or tom tom, they can be easily replaced. Who wants an out of date satnav stuck in the car! I dont :)

lol you get them updated dummy :-p, its free as well you just take your mini to the dealer n get software update, and a new disc, well thats what i did, i never get stuck, oh and then i fluttered my eye lashes and got a half price jcw tuning kit fuly installed, lol, its a tough life,

I thought there was a charge? Never mind, well i didn't go for the sat nav. Getting the JCW kit half price, top work!Anyway one thing we should agree on is that the R56 MCS is a fantastic car :P

fantastic! amazing! absolutely brilliant! lol, i love it, though i did have loads of probs with mine, especially that stupid Peugeot engine, and the transit van sound on start up when ever or where ever it felt like doing but all sorted kinda, but still amazing to drive, i love cornering in it, well i love driving it, its just so much fun every time i drive no like most cars the novelty wares off after a few weeks ive had two mini's and still loving them.

I've read about the cold start up problem i just hope mine doesn't have any problems when I get it, i'm picking mine up on the 29th!I cant tell you how excited I am! What did they say about the cold start up and how did they fix it?

it was a problem with the oil pressure, or some spring thing that most people used but mini uses oil n it takes forever to get around things so it sounds like a transit van, i mean there's nothing wrong with one they r very versatile, but i don't want my mini sounding like one. what colour will urs be? what type? ne extras????

Really, well i've read so much that its nice to hear these sorts of things just incase... Mines an 07 R56 mini Cooper s. Extras not many, Chilli pack and metalic astro black paint, with some really nice viper stripes in dark grey. Very excited, role on collection day. Thank for the info, have fun with yours!!!!

Thanks. Its not only my first mini but my first car. But thats another story for another day :) There was a toss up between laser blue and the one i've gone for but i'm hoping the dark grey vipers stripes look good, there being fitted today/tomorrow. Then its a case of waiting for my birthday to pass so i can get cheaper insurance, the fingers crossed pick the car up on the 29th!!! :D Quick question, MPG.. How does it far? Can you get some good figures? How old are you too?
