Thanks for another video. Now I have something to do with the bear fat. I can tell you how to cook bear so it will be one of the best things you have ever eaten.
I was not a big fan of it until I learned how to cook it. It is now my favorite game meat (my kids also)
@XBULLET200g Well, it's not so much about the cooking but rather what the bear has been eating before it was killed. I killed a bear once that when butchered fresh produced meat that downright stunk. They say the same is true of Caribou that as been eating lichens. But yeah. On the board give us your bear recipe.

Any fat will do but I'd use pork before beef because you can so easily cut off slabs of the fat for rendering.
