This is just a playful way of bringing jazz... annoyment is staged, it comes with the played rivalry... what looks like improvising is often well rehursed; Often you get lesser talents that exagerate such a performance, this is so well done that it seems natural...

Heck yeah! You can tell at the beginning he's trying to play it off by eggin' him on. But when he cuts him off he stops hiding it! I love Toots and especially for what he does and his capabilities for that instrument, because that's got to be hard for all that he does on harmonica. But this is bad, and he's getting WAY too happy.

amongst them professionals there is no guesssing. Its still 12 bar blues ,but Wynton makes room for Toots who gets lost in excitement
