Just a word to the wise.. always stick with weight that you can maintian and perform properly. I myself would much rather drop weight and do the reps correctly with strick form.. than to lift heavily and sacrifice form. Because in the long run.. its the form and stability that get you bigger and stronger. Other than that.. keep up the good work. PEACE
Bigger weights mean nothing if you don't use proper form. You have to lift the weight with some good reps to hit the muscle fibers. If you need a spotter on your 1st set you are going way to heavy. You only need a spotter when you have reaching muscle failure. Of which this guy didn't hit at all. Hell does his body look like he hits 110lb on the regular? Hell no. He could build a better body by reducing the weight, and gradually add weight as he grows.
@bigpopsonswoll Not everybody cares about having a ((nice)) body you know some just want to get stronger or faster so if hes doing it like that that might be a reason.
dude those were lousy "reps"....with reps like those i could have used 400lb dumbells.. got to get alot bigger if you want to actually be able to move weights like them correctly
Those were NOT 110 lb db's... Please learn how to title your weak sauce videos.

nah, bigger weights mean bigger muscles, that's my motto, using poor weights is only an excuse for the weaker ones
