Wasn't badgering. There are perfect solutions. There are covers where there will never be an issue. I've never sought out someone who has this type of cover and ask them if they were happy with it, but I do have 2-3 people a week, on average, who contact us to have them removed. We charge $150 to completely remove and dispose of this type of system. Even though, in the long run, people who get these covers will still contact us for removal and cleaning, we still ethically must warn people.
What is your point? What if sap gets on your covers, same thing right. The point is that there is NO PERFECT solution. In our market we don't claim perfection. What we do provide is service to our clients. In the rare event the system has an issue, we fix it! If it clogs we clean it. FOREVER! Badegering a lead setter with ridiculous what-ifs proves nothing. Ask someone who has them and see if they would buy them again.
You come off as a real jerk in this video, cornering this lady who is just a costco employee, not an expert on gutters and gutter guards.. Her boss tells her where to go that day and she goes and does her job.. And video taping it, kind of a loser move.. Your incisive questioning isn't that sharp.. there's a reason you and I are climbing ladders every day, we weren't that sharp to begin with.. You should apologize to this lady..
@counciousstream There are better covers, covers that actually work, that are cheaper too. They are the only covers that we install, but we aren't the only ones who install them. If you're looking to get covers, yes, call us, but this video is less about trying to sell you something else and more about, "don't by this."
I don't know if this is supposed to be a parody of something of if its a real commercial, either way, its pretty dam funny.

So what are you suggesting? Don't use gutter guards and call you instead?
