@pixiesgalore16 The iPhone will not be $497. Apple would never do that. If anything they'd lower it, but it will probably be the same $200. Take the iPod Nano for example. 4g had no camera, 5g had a camera. No price raise. Plus, that giveaway is fake, if it was real it would be on Apples website.
@morph995 I heard that the aluminum cases were causing bad reception for wifi... I dont even know if these HAD aluminum cases or not... but it makes sense.

the whole thing was set up - apple does field test the new units ....yes but i bet any unit that leaves 1 infinite loop has an escort other than the "tester" to ensure that nothing happens to it (new iphone) bc just saying ok go & test this top secret iphone & put it in this 3g case its safe .....crap crap crap!!!! cmon its 2010 ..the world is smart people have equipment to monitor the equipment @ daycare....y risk loosing (it)
I completely agree that I think Apple planted the product..the fact that it got to gizmodo so fast and easily and it was so simple....and the provided letter to prove it was an apple product definitely seems like a scheme from Apple.. Although I do disagree with your reasoning behind it, the Ipad has already sold more than 500,000 units in the U.S. alone so I wouldn't exactly call that a flop, but in no means am I fan of Apple except for the iphone

I would have thought they expected to sell a lot more than that... plus look at all the negative press they are getting... people everywhere are saying how much it sucks and what a joke it is... I don't have one... so I'm not saying it sucks or doesn't suck... it definitely doesn't seem like something I would buy though...
yeah... the ipad was anything but a flop. it sold millions. that is not what i call a flop.
