Oh man, it was really hard to get that puzzle piece since the ladder was falling so fast. If only you had some way to slow down the ladder's descent, like a ring that slows time or something.... oh.....wait....
How the heck did you make that one piece look so hard. The easiest way is to just let the horizontally moving platform reach the left end (don't put the ring on the floating platform, put it on the vertically moving platform instead). So now you have to pull the lever and just go up the falling ladder to the shiny platform (you get immunity), put the ring on the smaller floating platform, rewind so the ladder is just falling and that's it. As the ring slows the ladder's falling, it's very easy.
i saw the answer to the first part of this video fairly quickly last video and it keeps pissing me off you're doing the same thing over and over, with no positive results.

You made it right (switch back in time, while you green, that make the ladder lift you up), but may be you didn't noticed that at that time.
