Tomorrow is my realize band surgery. I'm happy I found someone who choose the realize band over the lap band.

@Bandstress I am training for another police department, i do love to run, but this past week i havent, im going to start back up this coming week

Hey, you look great! 10# is wonderful! Think of how happy you would have been in the "pre-op" days to have a 10# loss in 3 months!
