Haha I know! It's actually the "costume" for Cabaret. In the show, The Kit Kat dancers were these disgusting broken-doll-like girls who "entertained" men for a living. Also, the show is set in 1940s mid-WWII Germany, haha. Never had the cleanest women over there..... XP

But the actual dancers here either were instructed to grow out their hair for the part, or it could be make up... either way, it makes us cringe. But that's the intention!

Kristen does more realistic acting, whereas Anna is more into theater and overreacting things. They both use improv though, which is cool. You can't say that Kristen is less talented than Anna because they're completely different on every level. You don't know what the hell you're talking about.

Does Anna overact that much? I think she just has personality and uses it. Not saying that Kristen doesn't, its just as a person, she is quite introverted or a bit awkward around people, so that how she plays her characters sometimes. They both find truth by giving their own individual life to their roles.

And also, you could act in theatre without overacting, which I guess comes from your ability to project your voice, while still maintaining subtlty.
