Dogs like these could be used for great benefits by showing children, people who are sick or disabled, or everyday average people how you can still be happy, how you can still wag your tail, how you can forget about your shortcomings and still enjoy life even with very big disabilities. This dog has a bigger heart, and a better attitude than 98% of the humans on this planet.

Wow! What an amazing pup !! His handicap doesn't seem to bother him at all - he just goes on playing and being as loving as a pup without any injury. Amazing pup....inside and out. What a- GREAT video. Popeye will be the perfect pet for the right person and will give abundance of unconditional love :) :)
