thats a v6 mustang, look at the rims, and the honda s2000 only gets 0-60 in 6.4 quarter in 14.9 the 99-04 GT gets 60 in 5.47 (MT with hard top, vert gets it in 5.9) and the quarter in 14 flat.
14.9 quarter mile with a s2000 is with a shitty driver. Stock s2k is capable of pulling low 14's in the quarter. Pretty sure the best time for a bone stock s2000 is 13.8...so try again.

I do agree tho, Ford and Chevy do make just as good of a car these days when it comes to gas milage and reliability. I have a 95 GMC surburban with 178,000 miles and not one problem. And still looks great.

Hey, Toyota has a long track record of being a good automaker, but recently, as in the past 5 years, it's been obvious that they have been thinning their product. Their own former CEO admitted as much. I think the throttle hysteria is overblown, but that doesn't change the basic fact that Toyota is more like GM than it is like Honda. They grew too fast. That's *their* explanation for why their product is inferior.

One other point, I read reviews of vehicles before purchasing a work-truck, and was very surprised that the Tundra is not considered reliable. That's why I bought an F-150.
In the 80s and 90s, Toyota trucks are unstoppable. Now, Fords are better. Toyota's small cars appear to be OK still, but that company has changed their philosophy and it shows when you look at their product quality. Unlike some people, I don't tie my ego into any particular brand or scream cuss words about cars. Hmm.

thats a v6 mustang, look at the rims, and the honda s2000 only gets 0-60 in 6.4 quarter in 14.9 the 99-04 GT gets 60 in 5.47 (MT with hard top, vert gets it in 5.9) and the quarter in 14 flat.
