When this video started my first thought was, "This guy is from BC." Now, i don't know if that is true, but the canadian tire reference dose support my hypothesis. ;) Nice rack man, those are some good lookin welds.
Not great, and it depends on my elevation. I live at sea level and generally get around 16mpg around town. If I get up to higher elevations around 3000ft, I get up to 20 on the highway.
I used 1" EMT Conduit for the 2 main perimeters, top and bottom, and used 3/4" for the floor. I used a little bit of 1/2" for the couple small details.

I did some quick calculations and it should be somewhere around 130 lbs including the mount I put on the roof.
