The Constitution is a living document that is constantly scrutinized and changed because it isn't perfect. Yes there are parts of the second amendment that I happen to disagree with. This doesn't make me any less an American than you. It makes me a better informed American. Only a fool would blindly support the Constitution (as is) without question or complaint. It's what makes us True Americans.

Americans should become more savvy and look for products that made in the US. Many products such as cars and appliances have parts made in several countries. But Americans need to find out who manufactures in the US only. The other measure that would bring jobs back to the US is rising fuel prices. If a gallon of gas goes to $7 dollars a gallon, the shipping costs will eat into wage savings

Tax cuts only create jobs when aimed at those who have less money to spend. This increases demand because the poor and middle class have more money to buy what they want and need. Give tax cuts to people that make a million or more and they have more to invest, but investing in stocks or bonds does not create jobs.

With that kind of condition, the government can cut taxes, but their wealth from sales will start to diminish. Right now, American corporations that are making money are mostly doing so from increased profits from overseas. But other countries can become protectionist of their markets and where would that leave American corporations?

If businesses would go back to true capitalism, which is to create goods and services for the masses at a profit instead of attempting to make the most profit for shareholders, the economy would come back to life. The US is in a treaty with NATO. That treaty says that if NATO is attacked the US will come to it's defense (that's it). Libya did not attack NATO. The US was the first to firer a shot at Libya (a BGM-109 from a US Sub.).

Many products such as cars and appliances have parts made in several countries. But Americans need to find out who manufactures in the US only. The other measure that would bring jobs back to the US is rising fuel prices. If a gallon of gas goes to $7 dollars a gallon, the shipping costs will eat into wage savings

Tax cuts only create jobs when aimed at those who have less money to spend. This increases demand because the poor and middle class have more money to buy what they want and need. Give tax cuts to people that make a million or more and they have more to invest, but investing in stocks or bonds does not create jobs.

With that kind of condition, the government can cut taxes, but their wealth from sales will start to diminish. Right now, American corporations that are making money are mostly doing so from increased profits from overseas. But other countries can become protectionist of their markets and where would that leave American corporations?

Every US company manufacturing or off shoring work overseas is shrinking the US consumer market. There is no market in the world that purchases like the US. Europe, South America, Africa or China is likely to develop the buying habits of the US citizen. The current gains are likely only temporary.

Obama lied about Iraq, Gitmo, Transparent Gov't., the real price of ObamaCare, gave wavers from ObamaCare to his buddies.
Bush signed the Patriot Act that Obama voted for and Biden helped write. Obama signed the new Patriot Act.
Obama lied about the 787+ billion $ Stimulus Package, less then 600,000 jobs 'saved' or created and unemployment went above 9%.
Obama is just as bad as Bush.

The war in yemen was started to take out al queda, niether of these wars are half as big as the ones bush started, and neither of them are illegal. Obama is puttting our money in a good place and he is putting us on the right path. Maybe he isent cutting as much as the republicans but at least he is createing jobs and reduceing our dependency on foreign oil.

Obama acted solely off a UN resolution and violated the War powers Act by not properly notifying Congress 48 hours before start of operations in Libya and Yemen.
The US Constitution (Art.Vl clause 2) supersedes UN carter.
Obama currently violates the War Powers Act by being in Libya after 60 days.
The first NATO ordnance to strike Libya was a BGM-109 tomahawk launched from a US Sub.
Obama is breaking the LAW.

A treaty has to comply with the constitution. It can not go against it. Like saying it can dismiss habeas corpus. Well it can not be passed. Writing up a treaty is like writing a law, it can not go against the constitution. If it does it's null. Unless you change the constitution first.

The US is in a treaty with NATO. That treaty says that if NATO is attacked the US will come to it's defense (that's it). Libya did not attack NATO. The US was the first to firer a shot at Libya (a BGM-109 from a US Sub.).
Obama did even properly notify Congress 48 hours before military operations (violation 1 of the War Powers Act). Obama is still conducting military operations past his 60 day deadline (violating 2 of the War Powers Act).
So how is Obama not breaking the Law?

We are helping our allies and congress passed it, congress said it was ok. and can you define "properly notifying" for me because he did tell congress. The Wars Powers Act says the Prez must notify Congress 48 hours before military operations, Obama only notified them 4 hours before and it was only a handful of congresspeople.
Libya was NOT about humanitarian efforts. The invasion was over 3 things 1-Cental Bank (none in Libya) 2-Swwet Oil (Gaddafi turned it off to the EU) 3-Libyan money/Gold.
Fox did inform us about the law breaking.
Kucinich and Paul are trying to stop it.
