add a healthy portion of gordons gin, don't fuck around

'cept I make it in a different order. 2 Chilled lime wedges squeezed into bottom of glass and leave the spent wedges at the bottom after squeezing. Add a jigger of Bombay Sapphire Gin and swirl in glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with Tonic water.

And for a twist, make it a Tom Collins by adding a shot of simple syrup before the Tonic.

Yum on all accounts.

Far far far too much tonic, you should have 70% gin and 30% tonic, and don't add lemon, add a small ammount of lime juice.
