Oh OK I see you use the flap to sew the pannels together.. I need to get out my singer 319K.. WOW those spools do have a lot of thread. So many of the new thread sppols only have a hundred or two hundred yards, and they are expensive. I have old wooden spools with 300 to 600 yards of thread that were only $.35 each.. Where do you get those spools?

About how long does it take to make your quilts?

Hi, It depends on the size and how many cuts we make to our squares. One quilt that is 9 squares (about 45" x 45") only took between 6-8 hours but my big queen sized quilt took 3 weeks, on and off (I work part time) mostly quilting every other evening and 1 or 2 days on the weekends.
