Look, if this were a game where kills mean points. Then a victor would be simple to determine, but it is not. The US did no more than any other participant in the Gulf war. The US swept up leftovers in WW2 and declared themselves victors under false pretenses. Vietnam war is a plain out loss. The war on terrorism is being lead by terrorists the same.
