Man your so absoultly right its not just there its the same way here in long beach California. There was a rumor going around about the port of long beach may be a target and they sent "Emergency practice" groups to practice scenarios for it. They did it publicly to as well. The police out here is very aggressive and will try to harass you and try to set up a probable cause just to pull you over randomly. Im sick of it I love this country and im getting harassed by my community police.
