ok, i got it. But it lags so much i had to find a different one that doesn't. I did find one and it is a zdsoft recorder that actually doesn't lag. Thanks for the link.

Use Fraps, The Audio and Quality Is Better and its really easy to get headshots in knife game

I have tried fraps, but it knocks down the fps to 30 and it only will record for 30 sec. so i tried out this recorder until it crapped out. lol
