I have to admit on one occasion I had gotten done spraying something with Polyester Resin and while it was curing I was sitting under the garage door of the shop working on something without a respirator on. I thought that there was plenty of ventilation because I was pretty much sitting outside. But after a while I got real dizzy, a horrible headache, and then started throwing up. Ever since then I don't mess around with it- If I can smell any VOCs I at least wear a respirator.
