Ivan Drago (from Rocky 4)

Clubber Lang (from Rocky 3)

Apollo Creed (from Rocky 1 & 2)

Mason Dixon (from Rocky 6)

Tommy Gunn (from rocky 5)

Spider Rico (from Rocky 1)

It's a nice list, but it's almost dependent on the circumstances. I mean Tommy Gunn only had a chance against Balboa because he was out of shape from retirement and the brain injury incurred from Ivan Drago. Mason Dixon only fought well because....well Rocky was aged considerably from his prime. The cyber match in Rocky Balboa is probably what would have happened for real in his prime.

Lol if you consider how much trouble rocky had with drago, clubber and Apollo and then think of his condition when beating tommy.

I mean when rocky fought tommy he was completely out of shape while tommy was in his prime. Also the only reason tommy posed a serious threat to rocky was because he attacked rocky from behind 2-3 times.
