  • 2 fat ugly people beating each other up. Classic.

  • i think booger beat virgil its on u tube ,although virgil pinned booger in his debut match the week b4!!!!

  • When I want to see two fat guys fighting I go to McDonnald´s.

  • i notice with these 2 in the ring wieght like 800lbs and earthquake slammed smelly booger and the ring didn't brake.......... but for the new generation of big show vs brock lesnar when lesnar had big show on the king size superplex and the ring broke and both of them where i think were close to 800lbs or less...... wwf old skool ring is stronger lol.

  • @MrAneudy34 You do know when Lesnar and Big Show broke the ring the ring had been weakened so that the outcome was that it would collapse

  • @RabbiLegg very true....... imagine the big show superplex the great khali lmao.

  • @MrAneudy34 or mark henry superplexing big show lol

  • Gorilla Monsoon probably got really nostalgic seeing this match. Did he ever take on Calhoun? Their careers would have crossed I believe.

  • Bastion Booger should have been a champion.

  • I agree.

  • Three idiots don't know great wrestling when they see it.

  • Earthquake was one of my favourites back in the day.

  • I would have liked to see a match between Earthquake and Mark Henry. There's no doubt in my mind that each man could power slam the other.

  • Earthquake was so fuckin cool.

  • its sad both of these guys are dead. they were both really good competeters.

  • sumo is life

  • John was fast mostly due to his sumo days. Look it up. It's true!

  • it looks like Earthquake really enjoyed playing the part of a face :)

  • R.I.P. Both of these men

  • those elbow drops are lethal!

  • Dos grandes luchadores, que Dios los tenga en su Santa Gloria

  • I remember Quake coming back at this time. He got fans going loopy then just vanished, sigh. Another great wrestler WWF could have done ore with.

  • It was HIS choice to leave for WCW. WCW treated him like a piece of shit. Dumb decision on his part.

  • @Edgehead10075 True, few wrestlers get it perfect all the time. John Tenta was still one of my faves though.

  • Almost 900 pounds of fat between these two guys.

  • bastian booger was an ugly motherfucker

  • The Earthquake Splash was a nice optical illusion. Pay careful attention, and you'll see that the Quake just lightly sits down on Booger's chest.

  • This was, unfortunately, one of Booger's final matches with the WWE.

  • "Massive thigh drop" ? - C'mon Lane.

  • Earthquake was swift for a 400 pounder... Booger was just fat !

  • Earthquake forgot to sell Booger's body odor.

  • I would have liked to see Earthquake up against Ludvig Borga, but he squashed Adam Bomb instead at WrestleMania X.

  • I wish Bastion Booger would have kept his hair long for this one. He and Earthquake both reminded me of each other

  • bastion is fatter than earthquake! Quake is big bastion is out of shape here.

  • Bastion was quite fit.

  • at the time stan lane was the only face Color commentator in the world

  • @ 3:50 it's time for the earthquake to end it.

  • Bastian was one cool dude,I always liked him.

  • Even Ludvig Borga is no longer with us. I miss this era of wrestling. This was wrestling at its best. I too dont remember seeing John Tenta as anything but a heel. Him and Dino Bravo.

  • its sad knowing that these 3 men in the ring tenta, shaw and joey marrella are no longer with us!! even monsoon :( ....those times were great!

  • RIP Shaw and Tenta!

  • here is a question, who is the better big man. John Tenta or Big Van Vader?

  • John Tenta (Earthquake) was awesome - his finishing move was one of the best ever!!

Vince McMahon should have been shot for making Tenta wrestle as "Golga" in the late 90's.

I know Tenta had lost alot of weight but jesus - McMahon could have thought up something better than that!!!!!!!!!!!

  • It's still better than WCW turning him into a jobber.

  • "Looks like the Hindenberg coming down" Gorilla Monsoon is the man

  • earthquake was one of my favourite wrestlers. He could move round that ring like someone who weights 200lbs

  • So many people dead in this video it'd be easier to just say R.I.P All

  • Classic sunday afternoon wrestling on wwf wrestling challenge. I'd rather watch these two guys John Tenta and Mike Shaw go at it than those no talent, no class nexus guys. R.I.P. to two great big men.

  • @danny06969 those were the best days ever mate! 12 noon wrestling challenge and then all american wrestling at 5pm ....I miss those days!

  • R I P Booger and Tenta

  • RIP Mike Shaw (Bastion Booger)

  • RIP both bigmen. Word came out that Mr. Shaw passed from a heart attack today :(

  • RIP John tenta

  • I remembered watching this on tv!! Man I was stoked when Earthquake came back. Either as a face or a heel he was always one of my favourites. I always liked the larger than life wrestlers. Him and Typhoon were also one of my fave tag teams as well!! I kinda wished back then that Typhoon was back but oh well. Tenta rules!!

  • Bastion was just Fat Quake was fat but he had underlying muscle. HE actually enjoyed Sumo wrestling. Most people thought Quake Sumo wrestling was a joke but honestly it wasn't. After he left WWE and WCW he went back to Sumo. Was a real shame honestly. I'll always miss him.

  • wasnt typhoon was his partner?

  • yeah Quake was a good guy in the Natural Disasters (they were heels for a while but became faces) and then he returned to WWF i think in 93 or 94 as a singles wrestler and beat Adam Bomb at mania 10 in like 15 seconds. He left for WCW shortly thereafter and became Avalanche and teamed with Big Bubba Rogers (formerly Big Boss Man of WWF) in tag matches against Macho Man (who had also recently left WWF) and Sting.

  • wait Earthquake is a good guy ? ?

  • John Tenta...................RIP

  • @ 3:50 when the Earthquake is smileing he's in going to end it.

  • @ 2:44 oh uh

  • This is one of the greatest matches that I've ever seen! It's right up there with Steamboat/Macho Man.

  • Bastion Booger for Hall of Fame 2011!

  • good match i takes so much to beat earthquake

  • Earthquake looked a bit like Bud Spencer :)

  • these guys are so fat there is no athleticism to their moves. still entertaining though

  • RIP John Tenta

and who's doing the play by play with Gorilla?

  • @originaldeadman1190 I beleave it is Superstar Billy Grahm

  • No, it's Stan Lane.

  • I remember Bastion Booger eatin' twinkies. I wonder if that helped boost the sales of twinkies. RIP Earthquake.

  • I gotta admit, Earthquake impressed me with his strenght there, picking him up for that powerslam

  • BB had to post off his leg too though.

  • Best gimmick ever.

  • Are you referring to Bastion Booger? If so, I agree.

  • Indeed.

  • aw bastion booger i remember this guy and that just reminded me of a wrestler by the name of giant haystacks

  • I don't think that Booger was nearly as fat as Giant Haystacks.

  • it is Tony Chimel

  • Hey does anyone know who the ring announcer was on this one? sounds familiar

  • It sounds like Tony Chimel.

  • @lilspiked I beleave it is Superstar Billy Grahm

  • No, it's Tony Chimel.

  • this has to be the funniest match ive ever seen.

  • R.I.P John Tenta

  • Thats not the same earthquake from San Francisco that used to battle Deberg is it?

  • WTF?

  • I like how Earthquake makes it look like he's jumping on top of his opponent when, in reality, he's just gently sitting on him.

  • Earthquake was so bad ass back in the day!

  • rip earthquake

  • It's a shame that Earthquake went to WCW not long after this. They turned him into a joke.

  • He left the WWE in May 1994 and debuted in WCW at Halloween Havoc.

  • I think he beat a few jobbers, but other than that I don't think so.

  • Wow! Burt Reynolds!

  • Haha, so many kids there. I think that only they believe it's real.

  • Yes, he did. He beat jobbers and lowcarders like Virgil, Owen Hart (in 1993), and the 1-2-3 Kid.

  • lol, do you remember the feud between Booger and Virgil? Virgil won the first match and then Booger won the second. A third and final match was decided and Virgil won!

  • RIP earthquake

  • I believe he did not. But I know he once wrestled in an exhibition match in Kansas a few years back - against General Adnan.

  • Listen to the pop for the 'quake!! the big man was really gettin a buzz outta his face run,RIP big guy

  • plenty

  • i think he did as friar furguson

  • POWERSLAM, POWERSLAM, POWERSLAM, what strength by EARTHQUAKE!!!!

  • how the fuck did the ring hold

  • how did earthquake tunr face

  • I think Jimmy Hart screwd him and Typhoon out of a titlle match in advantage of another of his tag teams

  • Jimmy Hart was supposed to sign a contract for the Disasters to face LOD for the titles but he actually signed for Money Inc. instead which led the Natural Disasters to turn face. They later recycled the exact same story line for the Nasty Boys face turn in 1992 just before Survivor Series.

  • Listen to that ovation after the powerslam!

  • Earthquake was a total legend rest in peace big guy!

  • Borga was also replaced in a match with Tatanka at the Royal Rumble 1994. Bam Bam Bigelow was his substitute.

  • bastion booger 3 disc set plz

  • I've mostly seen matches as John Tenta as a "bad guy" character.

However, seeing him smiling and enjoying the crowd makes me sad. He seemed so happy with this sort of character.

    Rip John....

  • RIP EarthQuake Big Nicest Guy Ever

  • exelente pelea los dos son lo mejor de lo grande,un saludo para ti tenta que Dios te tenga en su gloria, definitivamnete el mejor luchador de aquella epoca

  • i love boogers little dance LMFAO its soooo corny!!!!

  • I found it arousing

  • @legendofmetal777 if that act is on the gong show this act will be gonged.

  • Earthquake mentions during the split-screen interview that he's due to face Ludvig Borga at WM X. As I recall, Borga was substituted with Adam Bomb at the eleventh hour. Does anyone know why?

  • Borga got injured, I believe.

  • pikin his boogers woz his finisher.

  • what was Bastion Booger 's fiinsher?

  • The Triple Counter Clockwise Summersault Corkscrew Twisting Teabag

  • thanks

  • Falling on the opponents face with the crotch

  • Comment removed

  • RIP Tenta. Pure class.

  • Thank Goodness EarthQuake Didn't Bring His Famous" Quake Burgers" . ol

  • Yes, this was a classic. After all the heat that Earthquake got as a heel, you could hear the fans get behind him, and he REALLY LOOKED LEGIT as he smiled coming to the ring, you could see he LOVED being a face!

    Thanks for posting!

  • About 5 years and 30 pounds earlier, Mike Shaw was quite an agile big man and impressive worker as Norman The Lunatic. Here he's slowed down a bit and lost some mobility.

John Tenta was a great one. A legit athlete, skilled at both amateur AND sumo wrestling. He was 6'6" and about 435 here, but weighed anywhere from 370-470 during his career. Not someone to mess with, but a real nice man.

  • i miss the old days of wrestling in the springfield civic center...such a joke now

  • I've been watching a bunch of Bastion Booger matches this morning, and so far he hasn't won a single match. Did he ever win? So far he's lost to Lex Luger, Marty Jannetty, Earthquake, and had a double countout against Kamala. I remember watching him live as a kid and as he walked to the ring he stole a kid's ice cream bar!

  • Watch "Bastion Booger vs. Marc Hargrove." That was an incredible squash match!

  • Booger was a glorified jobber basically

  • What a fucking awesome powerslam that was!

  • Everywhere he wrestled John Tenta was usually pushed hard as a heel and rightfully so. He was big, strong, fat and rather homely looking. However, the real life man was a very kind, gentle hearted individual and he loved being the good guy. Just look at his face, those smiles are genuine and real as he's going down the aisle giving high fives. The day John Tenta died, the wrestling world lost one of it's best. In memory of LSU Varsiety wrestler and WWE Tag Team Champion.

  • in june 2006, the world lost not only one of the greatest wrestlers but one really great person. nicely said Notbadphonedaddy!!!

  • Yeah, I've heard Tenta was a pretty nice guy

  • The only time i watched Earthquake was in 1991, in Barcelona, Spain. (I'm spanish :p) The match was Dave Boy Smith (The british bulldog) with Andre the giant managing vs Earthquake with Jimmy Hart managing. Only the referee (i don't remeber who the hell was) and Jimmy hart are still alive.

  • Kind of a shame that one of his last pushes in the WWF was as a member of the oddities, Golga

  • @Notbadphonedaddy The real John Tenta was an awesome man. He is bery missed.

  • I Like Both Of Them

    Go Booger And Earthquake!

  • could they have found a worse color for Booger?

  • thanks for uploading this!

  • i mean no one like the earthquake he was on of a kind

  • there was no like the earthquake. he was the best wrestler in history!!!!a true legend

  • Wrestling will never be as good as this. Two huge men putting on a great show. The way Tenta worked the crowd was old school and just incredible.

Now its all about who's the biggest with the best face and tan.

  • Big John Tenta was impossibly strong!

RIP John, you are a legend.
