Read the lyrics for this and it will make sense. It's actually a really amazing song if you read them. At the end he's saying "Cities to vaporize" but he stops before he says "ize". He also does that with "Generations to desensitize" at the end of the first chorus, but it's harder to tell because the solo picks up on the same note.
