The Anime is called "Cowboy Bebop" (the scenes are taken from the series) and there is also a movie "Cowboy Bebop-Knocking on Heaven's door".

And yes, it is an AMAZING AMV!!! watched it a lot of times and I can't get enough of it!!!!
