Every black person in america has been dehumanized and slandarded by that word their whole lives, so when the word comes up by anyone who isn't black (shares that pain that comes with the word being said/shouted) it's incredibally hurtfull. the word "Nigga" is a term used to desensitize the pain of the word "Nigger" It's like a 300 pound guy calling a 200 pound guy a fatass as a term of endearment, vs it being shouted by a 120 pound guy.
