  • It looks so deliciuos! Love from Germany! <3

  • I went to ur website, u r so awsome!!!!

  • You pronounce Bruschetta wrong :( im slightly disappointed but still love your recipes!

  • @philly625 I ordered brushetta in Siena (pronouncing it like she does) and the waiter corrected me and told me it was pronounced bru-ske-ta. I ordered it in Rome pronouncing it with a hard "K" sound, and the waiter corrected me and told me it was pronounced the way I originally pronounced it. So pronunciation appears to be regional.

  • Ur first video :o you look so cute ♥ ! I'm gonna try and make these !

  • Aww she's come so far

  • omg this is ur first ever episode !!!!!!!!!

  • @almondcrushpocky P.S All I'm saying is if you're going to bother to insult people at least put your best effort forward or else nobody will take you seriously. (Yes, I know it's the internet - but still.)

  • @almondcrushpocky Wow. I can't even fight with you about grammar when you don't even make an attempt at proper grammar. I know what an abbreviation is, but when you're telling someone off for spelling when you yourself can't even dish out the proper way. Yeah, you know where to put your commas and apostrophes but you couldn't bother adding an apostrophe in "you're" Please, if you're going to make a point at least do it properly. That's all I have to say to you. Pathetic.

  • @almondcrushpocky I'm sorry, but in what world is it okay to insult someone on their spelling when your spelling and grammar are just disgusting. :l

  • Laura you are not as bubbly as you are now . You are different in this video why? Problem? I love your very charming greetings " HI guys , I am Laura Vitale ( with small voice and very charming ) You speak slowly too. hmmmmmm I love the way you were then . You entertain us in your the real you (playful ) so cute !!

  • @SuperDahlee Have you taken into account this is her first video? Probably not. -_____-

  • Dear Laura, we did this recipe for yesterday's dinner. It was really great! It was just like returning to italy ;-)!

Looking forward to be doing more of your recipes in the future.

    Kind regards, from denmark :-)

  • OMG I LOVE HER lol im having an italian couples dinner party and im using this for the app cant wait

  • i wish i wasn't the lazy bum that i am so that i could actually try to make this =/

  • Laura--if you ever get to the Chicago area you have to try a place called Mambo Italiana in Mundelein. They have the most amazing bruschetta! And amazing everything else too ;) You're my favorite chef on You Tube! You make recipes that are easy to follow and oh so delizioso!

  • if u're really that italian, you should know that that is not the right pronunciation of the word bruschetta. i really can't stand it.

  • @SoloStelleBuone Well, in the states it's pronounced BRU-CHETTA. Say Bru-sketta in a restaurant here and they might not know what the heck you're talking about. So, get over yourself.

  • @Purrrsuasive1 Then I suppose you pronounce Parmesan incorrectly too?

  • @Purrrsuasive1 We pronounce it the same way (not sketta) here in australia.

  • @Purrrsuasive1

Actually, it's pronounced "brontupisto." Bron-too-pisto. Brontupisto.

  • your first video :)

  • dear laura,

i made this bruschetta but in small amount as i were afraid it will turn to disaster or something.and guess what?my mom and my dad were angry at me cos i made it in a small amount !:Pit was very very delicious.and from now on,im gonna make it alot and trust every single of your recipes will turn out great!:D

  • farr you talk too much....

  • @jangu3369 u mean Lauraa taalks too much ?

  • around 5:56 her voice sounds different

  • @kewlJaz234 different audio, doesnt matter though.

  • "I think this one needs a little more, how lonely", lol.

She looks too serious in this video.

  • i made the cupcakes u made mmmmmmmmmmmmmm they are sooooooooooooooooooo good thanks for shaing it with me and now every time i want to make those cupcakes

  • :OOOOO u have like huge boobs (and im a girl so its not some creepy guy or anythign)

  • hmmmm.... delicious.... laura in the bed.... hehe

  • @chupaGer35 she has a freakin husband.

  • I watched your videos today and this very first upload you have from last year. All i can say is, my have you grown! :)

  • Hi Laura you have great recepies Ive tryed a lot and they all come out great ,espeacially your meat sauce just wanted to ask if you can freeze the bruchetta ,only because I have tons of tomatoes and I dont want to waste them Thanks .....Joe

  • What you need to do to really makes this delicious is....put some mozzarella on at the end, and put it in the oven for 2-3 minutes so it melts.

  • a forman grill works, I know alot of people have one.

  • there is no love for food if you talking about the garlik smell...its all about the taste!! so give em ehat you got!!! haha

  • oohh... I just fell in love Laura...

btw, who cares if is correctly pronounced "busketta". These videos are for the US, and I suppose they know it as "brushetta". I prefer to add the oil at the end, directly on the bread, because fills it better. More dense and aromatic is the oil, the better

  • you should be on the next food network star!

  • Laura makes me feel all funny inside

  • It's not pronounced "brushetta" it's "brusketta".

  • @MichaelRushMusic

    shup fag

  • @MichaelRushMusic Actually, in Italian, it's pronounced "brusketta". Nice try though. "Brushetta" is how Americans say it. Seeing as though it's an Italian dish, I default to it's proper pronunciation. After all, no one says "Arroz con Pollo" pronounced like "polo".

  • @Quillons1 As do I. I think you misread my previous comment or maybe I was unclear. The pronunciation I'm advocating is "brusketta".

  • @MichaelRushMusic You are 100% right. That's what I get for being a smart ass. I wasn't paying proper attention and I offer an apology. Ironically I had just, an hour or so earlier, had a "debate" with someone at work over the pronounciation of other Italian names/words and that's why I came off like a cocky smart ass. Sorry bro...

  • how do you store the rest?

  • This is soooo easy to make

  • thx now i really really want bruschettas

  • Dear Laura you still get some completely fullish comments on this video, and I really do not know why...the only thing I know is that all of your subscribers and watchers love you and your recipes. and I know that all these chef who are "correcting" you are actually people who only chop salads and have never ever run a restaurant like you have.!!! We all love you and you have never EVER let us down with your AMAZING recipes!!!!

    we all ADORE you!!!!

    XOXO

  • @litsaev you made my day :) Thank you so much for such kind and sweet words! I adore you guys right back :)

  • @LauraVitalesKitchen OH MY GOD LAURA ANSWERED ME!!!! :P

just kidding of course ;-) I am glad I made you smile! You have a breathtaking smile, and face of course!

You are wonderful! I wish all your dreams come true!

Many many kisses and all my love! :-D

    Litsa

P.S. Your videos have arrived to Greece ;-)

  • Nice boobs

  • I will be making this for my lady but I have a question, before putting the bread on the grill did you put anything on it? In the video it seems as if you added butter or olive oil?

    Great video

  • Shes hot and italian!!! But shes wrong she forgot the mozarella cheese on top and let it melt in the oven!!! also shes should sharpen her chef knife instead of cutting tomato with a breadknife. im a chef and my masterchef would kill me for that.... but all in all good job

  • @Peter1682 My uncle is Italian too and I would like to tell you that there are 100 different recipes for a brucsHetta (italian word...and a correct one). This IS correct and delicious. also, we are not in a restaurant so we do not care how she cops tomatos. finally...have you ever run a restaurant or you just help you master chef....cause she has!!! take a look at the rest of the recipes AND the number her videos have been watched and then comment again! :)

  • @Peter1682

by ALL means this is not a hateful comment!!!! just correcting you. trust me she is UNBELIEVABLE. If I could, I would fund a restaurant just for her to run!!!!!

  • @Peter1682 Well, I guess technically speaking she forgot the Moza, but I've seen plenty of people make it without. Personally I'm going to use her bruschetta over a grilled, boneless chicken breast with the Moza instead of bread. Yes, she could have used a different knife, but the job got done

  • @SonicBoomC98 I'll throw maybe a lil balsamic in it too maybe a teaspoon

  • @Peter1682 no Peter. Mozzarella and tomato (large ones, not these) should be for a caprese salad. Of course, a caprese salad can be placed on toasted bread and tastes good, but isn't the original bruschetta recipe :)

  • I wish Laura could be my personal chef :'(

  • She's pretty :)

    Great recipe!

  • do you know of any portuguese recipes please?

  • tomato basil.... BROOSHEH????? wth

  • Those are two huge tomato's.

  • Good knife skills.

  • Tried it & loved it.

  • I made this and added asiago cheese slightly melted before topping with tomato. Great taste always craving.

  • is exactly what I gone do today!!!!!! THANK YOU! YOU ARE THE BEST AND ALSO BEAUTY!

  • Yum - yum - yum :)

  • nice!!! i lke your style laura

  • Wonderful!

I've found if you baste the top (only) of the toast with a little oil, it won't go soggy as fast.

    Thanks Laura.

  • You are awesome ! :) can i use "not fresh basil" instread of fresh one?

  • I'm italian and I've to say that your recipe look like the real one bruschetta But I never put onion on it 'cause the taste will become too strong, in my opinion!

Good job anyway.....ahha It's funny how you say bruschetta!!

  • wow ur anoying

  • Any vidoes of you doing this with Chicken and Mozzarella?

  • Thanks for the video! I'm making this as an entree for my girlfriend's bday dinner Hope I dont screw up!

  • my basil was so fresh, i found a caterpillar in it! oh, and i left out the onion, i'm not a fan. this is delicious, though!

  • she speaks alot

  • I want your knife. one advice i wanna give you... talk less show more. you spend way too much time explaining something that is self-explanatory.

  • I want your knife.

  • I thought it was pronounced [brusˈketta].

  • @ITubeSheTubes it is. but she's americanized.

  • You have huge tits. It's hard to concentrate on what you're doing. And then that damn ring is blinding me. Your man must be a happy camper. Ima make this today thanks!

  • This took me literally 15 minutes to make. A perfect snack, and it tasted super good! Thanks again! You are my favorite cook!

  • easy-to-follow intructions

ahhh i cant wait to make this

    and i love bruschetta

im going to introduce this to my mexican family

  • I did this today but before seeing this video, I just kinda made up the recipe. The only thing I didn't add was the onion, and I added a bit of white pepper. And I didn't grill the bread. And it was SO good. Gotta try this recipe now

  • Hola from Australia Laura - Thanks for sharing this recipe... it was amazing! I have a couple of questions for you... can we use white onion instead? and what is the brand of the knife you use to cut the tomatoes? it seems so easy for you cutting the tomatoes.... Cheers, JJ

  • I want to eat this sooooo bad.

  • Laura I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU!!! Seriously I'm following all of your videos and whenever I want to make a italian recipe I ALWAYS use your recipes because they taste beautiful and are authentic with improvements! I love that every step is displayed and clearly explained also entertaining to watch you cook! Unlike some other videos... the recipes are easy and deliciouse! I made the eggplant parmezan recipe and my friends loved it and I couldn't believe something that good came outta my hands!

  • I had brushetta at a local eatery the other day and my mouth and tastebuds have never been the same. Loved it!! I think they had some kind of cream cheese layered on the bread before the tomato mixture. They also had some kind of basalmic reduction drizzled on the plate. Loved your presentation and am going to practice right away. Thanks!

  • shes pretty <33

  • Stupid question will it still taste good with out basil

  • lol you can tell your knife isnt all the sharp lol.

  • yummy and i like ur ring:D

  • nice im making this tomorrow , how long have you been cooking for ? you seem quite experienced haha

  • with garlic & basil - a little goes a long way. but the presentation is elegant. my employees will try it in about 30 min. curious to see their reactions

  • ok, so i made this, this morning. i used one glove of garlic as well at it is very strong.

i used only two basil leaves and it is also very strong - so for extra green color, i added fresh spinach. i also add in mozarella di bufala and abit of red onion. the quantity i made was larger than that bowl, but the power of basil & garlic are extremely intense. a bit too much. someone might not have taste buds for that. advice for first timers - keep it simple.

  • i am totally makeing this as an app. for thanksgiving - yeah. thank you

  • Adoro la bruschetta!

  • Adoro la bruschetta!

  • THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. You have no idea how much help you were to me when I had a dinner party and I had to cook Italian food. You are awesome Laura.

  • nice tits :P

  • Is balsamic Vinger better in taste if u added it?

  • i just found this video and i think this is the best video on how to make a bruschetta

    Thanks for uploading Nikki:)

  • That looks great! Alice Fazooli's puts on some fresh shaved Parmesan cheese on it. It's really good too. I like some feta cheese on it. I wish I had the makings now!

  • I had these at alice fazolis the other day... they put cheese on it.. is that a standard thing to do?? urs look delicious.. and nice choping skills...

  • Thank you :) Great video!

  • Grinding my ears!! Sorry....

  • Good recipe. Thanks for posting.

  • Is that Iodized salt or kosher because if that is Iodized that is a lot of salt of course as you said its to your liking aka TT. I also recommend using a little bit of balsamic vinegar to mix in or make a balsamic reduction to top the bruschetta off with.

  • Is that Iodized salt or kosher salt because that is a lot of salt for such a small portion of Bruschetta. I also recommend using using a little bit of balsamic vinegar or make a balsamic reduction to top it off with.

  • pleaseee pronaunce it right, its like bruce ketta. there is no sh sound in there. an italian will get mad just by hearing that

  • thanks so much, best video

  • One person is missing their taste buds. :)
