This is indeed the DATS subtitled video, but the subtitle stream hasn't been combined to the video stream so only the hard subtitles that DATS put into the video show up. These could be added back in with annotations. To help everyone I'll try to post the text of the subtitles here.
Oh come on! Please add subtitles to all the rest of the episodes please? You put the video up in August, well, it's November, so how much longer do you want us to wait just for subs?
Perhaps you should put the subs in as annotations...?
