  • I would kill for that synth.

  • hai .....i want to know about the keys of acces virus Ti....is that similar to korg O1w , Trinity.M1 or T3....??

    please let me know....please

  • love the lead <3

  • If this only took you 30 mins, I am way impressed. That is a very cool tune for that little work.

  • excellent track!

  • is there an ubuntu logo on it?

  • hey dude are you piano trained?

  • Very nice U've a real talent. Nice keyboard, Gary Numan uses one of these. I'm a HUGE fan of G N, I do covers of his stuff using keyboards, sequence the tracks in real time, I use Sonar 7 I was given. I've finished the backing for R F Elec, done a version of Airlane & Photograph originally by G N but music is just a hobby. The Virus has a lot of sounds like the polly moog that Gary used on his early albums like The Pleasure Pricipal. I'd love to hear from & show U my stuff. Cheers from Rich

  • great song dude ......Is that a M-audio keyboard in the back of you ?

  • @ReducedTuna Yup. I got rid of it now though :)

  • Awesome tune as always.

  • The TI is verry nice But the C is Has a Nicer Osc Sound in my opinion

  • I love the virus! I've got a killer trance clip played on a virus! Also just uploaded a new clip with the machine that replaced my virus

  • this is sick. ;O

  • Great!

  • Wow! And I thought the Virus TI would be only used for trance and house music! Definitely not, I suppose ;)

  • wow...

  • you and Nathan really could team up!! cool!

    °Sara°

  • Absolutly superb mate.......

  • @supersoundcrafter Thanks :D

  • Nice job !

  • this is tight, def. flesh this demo out and make an mp3

  • Hey Bro. this is sweet.. can you make a longer version of this dope song!!!

  • NOT BAD BUT A BETTER SET OF DRUM SOUNDS WOULD BE BETTER

  • Hater *lieks*

  • OMG. I love "ACCESS" and also "VIRUS TI". Virus A, B, C and similar are great.

The new "TI" ist fucking AWESOME. If i become a MILLIONAIRE i want to buy it.

I just played and tested a few times at the music shop but every human must be rich to "buy" some synths, software, audio systems, pc/mac and other stuff.

  • Nicely done mate, Cheers.

  • nice from 0:40

  • slabo slabo slabooooooOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

  • This song sounds like something from Animusic.

  • Wow - superb! Great track, great depth in those sounds....

  • Oh wow bro, Your music is so sweet and amazing, oh yeah a album would be so sweet, message me if you get to read all your messages when you have them available J'!!! but i notice its been awhile since you made a new video besides hotel beats... which is amazingly sweet too.. It must take time to do/make videos???

  • This is more like a piece. (Not a song at all, no lyrics = no song :P)

Quite epic though, this synth sounds amazing but it's really expensive. I just ordered a Moog little phatty Stage II but it's not that kinds of a synth. I think that the Access Virus one has more stuff on it. Not that I would ever compare the oldschool Moog with Virus but im just saying.

Really nice playing there, is there a way to find your stuff on the internet? Demo or whatever.?

  • i need to get one of these things

  • yo that beats tuff !!sick production

  • Good work

  • Oh god, nice one! Can you do industrial music with that thing either? Or do you have to program it?

  • hey this synt its great isnt it??

do you prefer this one or a yamaha motif or korg oasys?

  • @tonato17 I'm not sure how the OASYS comes into that argument at all. Being a massive workstation, tt's like a lot larger version of what the Motif does, and (if expanded) includes lots of VA, like the Virus. I have an OASYS and though I'm looking for dedicated analog (Prophet '08 or similar) and VA synths (like the Virus), there is no need for another workstation.

  • @MichaelBlue72 Yes u r Right.... I want to get in the world of analog synthesis and just wondering what would be the best step and choice to do.... I was thinking in the Access Virus TI for its versatility but its not a real analog.... I don't know how it sounds compared for example to a Alesis Andromeda, and wich is best for creating sounds and presets for pop, rock, experimental music

  • @tonato17 It's all personal taste. You're just going to have to try to get some hands-on time with each of your candidates. For me, I'm apparently not an "analog purist", so the added functionality of the Virus TI (which is substantial) easily overcomes the need for something like a Prophet '08 for now. I may add a "real" analog at a later date (the Prophet, Tetra, etc are pretty cool), but the Kronos (replacing my OASYS) and Virus should keep me plenty busy for now.

  • like a modern jean michel jarre or vangelis type of thing.

  • hey dude! which drums r you playing?? vsti??

  • good video

  • nice, man

  • Did you mix what you recorded? And after using this synth, which do you think you preferr: hardware synths or vst instruments?

  • digging this. really reminds me of jean michel jarre!

  • Your accent sounds like you are half scottish & half canadian

  • Awesome!

What patches are u using for "pads, bass &leads?"

  • i can lend u my gf if you like but i would never lend my synth XD

  • cool!!good

  • u can play anything with this crap and will just sound great! long lives access virus TI!!

  • Nice job.

For those of us lazy people out there... what's the multi-timbre capability of this synth? Were you able to do all the tracks native, or was audio tracked to logic?

  • cool beans!

  • I really like the blue lighting in your room, how is that kind of light called? I want one of those.

  • Hey man what is your sound system over there ?

  • 30 Mins 20 Days For Me :D

    LOL

JW What cam was u using here ?

  • Nice drumworks!

  • Wish I had friends like yours.

  • that thing is a beast! :D

  • good for a movie soundtrack

  • hell...you have talent my friend

I have a TI and a virus C.. along with 6 keyboards and 12 black boxes

  • AWSOME !!

  • If you cant afford it you could try REFX Nexus it is a software synthesizer that uses samples of Virus and other hardware synths. Many trance Artists uses Nexus and a hardware Virus synth.

  • oh boy. I was gonna buy korg. Now I need to buy Access TI. Must find a bank that is easy to rob. Nice song.

  • The drum sound was amazing!! Well played and what a great melody!!!

  • Great Song and great SYNTH, I love the Virus Ti too but it´s to expensive for average people like me or people which wants to make music at home.

  • you did that in 30 mins? nice... i wan't one... but they cost so much... also whats new about the ti2?

  • Very nice!

What patches are you using for pads, leads etc., on the Virus?

What studio monitors are your using?

Looking forward to more Virus TI 2 videos........

  • awesome ! :D

  • you call this playing around? this is perfect!

  • Perfect!!!

    There´a nothing more to say

  • very nicely done! :)

  • Well done. Reminds me of me when I was your age, only I had a Korg M1 and a Commodore 64 at the time! (Yes, even the Commodore could support midi.)

Keep it up. As you get older you may find you have less and less time if you date, get married, have a family etc. If you know what you want in life, pursue it with all your might.

Don't let life get in the way of doing what you love to do.

  • @nosaeRfOecioV Sooo true ! Same here, using CPC6128 and Magic Sound Software, then fasttracker2 on PC, less and less time as you grow but keep it up man you got talent ! =)

  • @nosaeRfOecioV this pust really helped me. i struggle a lot at college, i study design and tbh all i care about is music. i thought about canceling my study, i´m at a supergood college for design and i didn´t want to throw that away.

but in my heart i rly want to make film music and that´s what i´m gonna do now.

  • Sounds very professional

  • I want that synth >:-/

All I have is my (not that) crappy R3 being recorded through a mono sound card into logic pro. Not even its big brother and Virus competitor the Radias, just the R3.

    Meh.

  • Very cool song and sound! i like it very much!

  • wou it´s sound great!!! congratulations

  • F*cking nice man! It shows the power of Access Virus TI's! :D

  • QUALITY!

  • A dream that can't come true for many producers.. Why this thing is so expensive.. Using this synth it makes u a pro instantly, it just sounds!

    Nice demo.

  • nice man, chillin bass

  • that bass synth sound is bad ass! =D

  • Great song. That was very good.

  • You should expand on this tune - make an extended mix! I wish I could afford something like this... :)

  • nice! you got some skills,

    i'll get this synth someday.

  • he knows how to use a synthesizer like this! great job, keep on playing and do NOT sell the virus! :) check out my blofeld/cs1x/korgr3 stuff if u want... greeting from the homeland of the access virus!

  • Inspiring stuff.. i'm interested to know what patches you used there, they fit well together. Are they from the TI's ROM banks?

  • Awesome!!

  • Please Please Please Put This Song Up For Download On Your Site!!!

  • seonded

  • agreed! please please!!!

  • Beautiful. I like your sound.

  • that thing is awsome

  • That was F**king Brilliant

  • Nice work.

I will get a Ti eventually to go with my Voyager.

  • Cool, I like all the different parts!

  • Wow. That's...I need new underwear. D:

That thing is beastly and the sound is incredible.

I can't wait to see more!! again, cause I miss talkin' and see joooo!! :DD

    <33

  • beast!

  • I need an album of your stuff, dude. Do you have any available?

  • I am in the process of making one :)

  • awesome stuff!

  • good job james!!

  • Nice work James! Reminds me a lot of Giorgio Moroder's soundtrack for Scarface.

  • lol u took the words right out of my mouth

    good job James, its nice

  • You are an amazing, wonderful, great, composer

  • hey gir2007 !

fruity loops 9 is out now !

take it - and play it - you can do vocoders to ..

  • Very cool song. I'm curious - which parts do you typically compose and/or record first when creating songs?

  • DUDE make the song longer and put it on itunes. its awesome. I'm a dancer and i can use a beat like this for a routine!

  • heheh...you have a virus...

    but seriously,epic as usual.

  • Cool stuff dude! You sound like Infected Mushroom

  • I like Infected Mushroom :) They are pretty cool!

  • dude that was sweet you should make more synith stuff

  • That was really amazing! I bet you would be good at making a version of the doctor who theme, it's a very synthesisersome tune. maybe that's not your thing.

  • Good tune but it does kinda play like an advert for the synth. Still if you manage to blag one out of it then fair play :)

  • Awesome.

  • Nice synthesizer's ad (this instrument doesn't need any ads ;) ) but it's a pity that this instrument costs in Poland more than PC with semiproffessional card & FL software - rather not for amateurs (now) .

  • that is straight final dungeon music there, awesome stuff!

  • I want my room to look like that

  • Hmmm...I'm a child of the 80's, so this transported me back to Fantasia in The Neverending Story. I kept looking over my shoulder for Falcor the Luck Dragon. Cool beats, too.

  • That movies rocks. It's probably an influence for me too :)

  • That was AWESOME!!! MOAR!!!

  • Wow, amazing song for 30 minutes. It sounds to me like something you'd hear in World of Goo!

  • GREAT!

  • Amazing set of skill and equipment! Looking forward to see more of this before you return it back.

  • NIce

  • Some sweetass stuff you got there..!

    wait that came out wrong...

    just awesome !

  • Just Googled the Ti, the cheapest it costs is £1620.76 new :0

  • Time to save up some money...

The TI looks so delicious ^_^

  • Reminds me of the Das Boot theme by Hans Zimmer bwahahaha x3 Very cool.

  • WOW i love it well done

  • cool! wow 30 minutes(°o°*)

  • how much do those cost?

  • Very cool, I was looking for a great synth because I want to start making my own music. This looks pretty good for me.

  • if you spend a week you get record contract

  • Fantastic music there.

  • damn that's a sweet synth!

    awesome GiR!

  • you are awesome

  • Very Depeche, brilliant.

  • I know you can get Virus as a Plug-in for PC & Mac... Cool to have the hardware though!!

  • I don't think you can.... Where did you find that?

  • You can get "z3ta+" and download the "z3ta+ virus MOD" you can get it sounding and looking like Virus.

or you can check this video out:

    youtube com/watch?v=kvf9r9Za8gU

  • the Z3TA soft synth is nothing like a Virus ....not even close if you own a virus you will be v disappointed. you could try one of the power core TI soft synth modules from TC electronics which is supposedly the access sound module code ... but I have yet to hear one along side a real Virus TI engine

  • I have no idea then i've never tryed it. Havnt been intrested. I know where is some VST out there, becouse there have been posts on it when i google'd.

Sorry i cant be any more help.

  • For Pro Tools TDM there's a Virus Indigo plug-in available for $800 (google 'Virus Indigo plug-in' for details). The Indigo is the equivalent of the Virus B (the model which preceded the Virus C which itself is the model which preceded the Virus TI).

  • BTW, can you please say what drums you used? Thanks!

  • they are just one of the standard set of drums that comes with Logic Pro. I can't remember what I used

  • You make it look easy!

  • cool James! I want one for you too! :P

  • Cool :o)#

  • why the blue? Hehe

  • Why do you want one? Is it not yours?

By the way very nice melody!! And great made!

  • i want one of those now haha... very nice vid!

  • Omg, that song is amazing! Defintiely hope to see more. :D

  • wow that was awesome :)

  • Comment removed

  • All that in 30 minutes? As good or better than some of those old 80s records I have of Kraftwerk!

  • sounds like something from reah

  • :O that is so amazingly awesome

  • good job :=)

  • made in a half hour? thats awsome!:D

  • Cool james!

  • Brilliant! I've always wanted to try and get the hang of the more complex synths. Right now I'm just using a standard MIDI keyboard with Reason 4.

What were you adjusting on the Bass track after every couple of notes?

  • the filter cutoff :)

  • Hah! Seems kinda obvious now that you mention it!

I love the music, James; keep it up!

Out of curiosity, what software do you use?

  • great ad!

  • Great Tune! do you have a torrent up whit all your tracks like these?! i would love to hear them :D

  • nice song

  • dude i want that synth too!!

  • Awesomeness :)

  • Awesome song! wow

  • really cool

  • keep it up james! =)

  • Omg loving this :D and the neon blue everywhere! :D

  • the most epic thing I should piont out, is you can run all that at one using multi timbral controls :3

  • i like this song a LOT!

  • NICE!
